Full Premixed Combustion Technology
Full premixed combustion, which belongs to surface burning. gas and air, pre-mixed before entering the burner. the shape of the burner head is a metal cylinder. the wire mesh (made of special alloy) made by Riello's patented “seamless weaving thread” is wrapped on the surface of the metal cylinder. full premixed combustion, the flame is only produced on the surface of the burner, and the actual size of the flame is the same as the size of the burner head. therefore, the full premix burner does not require a large furnace size and still achieves perfect combustion in a small furnace.
When the surface of the metal fiber is burned, the combustion is uniform, a local high temperature region cannot be formed, and the temperature of the flame surface is relatively low, therefore, the generation of NOx is suppressed. In addition, the burning rate is very fast, the flame is very short, and the residence time of the combustion products is very short. therefore, the opportunity for NOx generation is also suppressed.
PREMIX series of full premix burners, NOx emissions can reach the lowest 18mg / Nm³.
