What is Coiling Coil / Heat Exchange Coil?
Cooling coils / heat exchange coil as the core parts of closed cooling tower, are maded up of great quality copper coil or steel coil. Coil inside is through cooling medium, outside is cooled by water spray to meet the cooling requirement.
Steel coils are used by high quality D25 mm seamless fluid tube, and processed by H.D.G.(hot dip galvanised) to enhance the coil pipe anti-corrosion ability, extend service life.
Copper coils are used by T2 deoxidized acid copper tube, silver electrode is used to connect between the copper pipe and elbow welding, low solder joint and good quality, design pressure is 1.2MPa.
Material Type 304 Stainless Steel Construction are designed for te applications exposed to extremely corrosive conditions or where the longest life if desired. Standard serpentine coil, is constructed of continuous lengths of all prime SS304. The coil is designed for low pressure drop with sloping tubes for ree drainage of fluid. Each coil is pressure-tested to 3000kpa.

A. With new coil design, the spraying water counter flow with fresh air to advance the cooling efficiency.
B. Each group of coil tubes is arranged with consistent slope, and the slope direction same with the water flow direction, in order to facilitate water discharge from the pipe, the slope rate is 0.01.
C. Support frame of the coil is made by welded sectional material, and all processing technologies meet Chinese national metal welding processing requirements and standards. The cleaning and coating process of the support frame surface same to the cooling tower frame.
D. Designed pressure is 2.0MPa, tubes in each group go through previewing and pressure test, and then to be assembled after getting through quality test. Test in the water with pressure 2.5MPa after assembled, to ensure no any leakage and high heat performance.
E. Heat exchange coil material is Galvanized, Diameter 25mm, thickness 1.5mm.

The heat exchange coil is made by top quality steel pipe. For closed circuit cooling tower, red copper, stainless steel, and galvanized steel available. For evaporative condenser, stainless steel and galvanized steel selected mostly. And the galvanized steel coil is made by top quality seamless steel pipe, strong pressure resistance.
