Recommended plan:
1) 2.2-7.5kw is generally used for direct docking of mechanical equipment for dust removal, 2.2kw is only recommended for machines in industries with relatively small dust, such as polishing machines.
In the factory, most customers use 4KW-7.5KW. The air inlet is recommended to be about 5 meters, and the air outlet is 10-15 meters. The farther the length, the smaller the air volume.
2) For the band saw industry, 4KW-7.5kw is recommended, because the sawdust is relatively wet, and it is required to be pumped while working. If it is stacked and pumped, it is recommended to use 11KW, which is more efficient.
3) There is no fixed number for the output of one hour, because 2.2-7.5kw is only used for dust removal, and it is not action to extract sawdust for loading or dumping.
4) There are cases in the market where small electric tricycles are converted to closed compartments, using a 7.5kw fan and sawdust in bags
5) Some customers consider connecting multiple devices, if the distance is more than 20 meters, connect four or five devices, it is recommended that 11KW and above, so that the pumping is clean
