PU/PIR sandwich panel is a high-performance building material that uses polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) as the core material, with high-quality color-coated steel plates as the surface material. The foamed polyurethane or polyisocyanurate is mixed instantaneously by a high-pressure or low-pressure foaming machine in accordance with a certain proportion, and then evenly poured between the upper and lower layers, before being formed through laminated foaming. Its density is 40kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of 0.021W/m·K, a water repellency rate of over 98%, and it comes in various combustion performance ratings of B1, B2, and B3, with prices ranging from high to low.
