Industrial Electric Fast Heating Air Duct Heater with Blower for Cotton/corn/grain drying
Air duct heaters are mainly used for heating air through the duct. There are three types, low temperature, middle temperature and high temperature. The outer stainless steel sheath and construction can reduce the vibration of heating elements.There is a overheat protector in the terminal box. Air pressure through the duct should not exceed 0.3KG/cm². Or else it is better use recirculation duct heaters. Max temperature of low temperature duct heater is not more than 160 C. Max temperature of middle temperature duct heater is not more than 260 C. Max temperature of high temperature duct heater is not more than 600℃
Temperature range:
Low temperature: less than 160 degree Celsius (insulators thickness: 80mm)
Middle temperature : from 160 degree Celsius to 200 degree Celsius (insulators thickness:100mm to 150mm)
High temperature: from 200 degree Celsius to 650 degree Celsius (insulators thickness: 300mm)
