Sheng chi medium pressure cycle hot air generator
1Reasonably designed based on wind tunnel effects,the outlet air passes uniformly through the inside/outside of the spiral electric heating wire,with high heat exchange rate and less loss of air volume and pressure.
2The heating wire is wound with 2080 nickel chromium wire,and the air is evenly distributed without generating exhaust gas or special odor.
3Equipped with multiple overheating and overload protection devices,as well as power outage protection, multi fiber insulation cotton insulation,sturdy casing,reliable use,and can operate and work non-stop 365 days a year.
4The maximum air outlet temperature is 350 degrees.
5The air outlet is equipped with a K-type thermocouple,which is controlled by PID/SSR,with a precise temperature control of up to 1 degree,fast feedback,and long-lasting durability.
6It can be equipped with a frequency converter to adjust the motor speed to achieve the accurate adjustment of air volume requirements,or the power can be adjusted by uninterrupted pressure regulation,which can more accurately grasp the temperature and air volume. Multiple configurations can be selected to better meet the needs of different users.
