1.Maintenance Tips

1.Every 500 hours is a maintenance interval. If the working environment is bad (breeding farm, dusty occasion.etc), the

maintenance period need to be shortened to 250 hours

2.Inspection items

2.1.Clean or replace the filter sponge inside the air pump(Inlet/Outlet)

2.2.Clean or replace the oil suction filter

2.3.Clean the ignition pin(Brush off the accumulated carbon on the needle due to ignition)

2.4.Clean the oil tank, open the drain nut at the bottom of the oil tank, discharge the internal residue, and clean the inside of the oil tank with clean diesel or kerosene

Remarks:

Filter sponge, oil suction filter and oil nozzle are vulnerable parts, not within one year free warranty period
