The portable industrial hot air blower is generally composed of heater, fan, temperature control system and box. The heater part is made of pure 2080 nickel chromium high-efficiency heating wire, high-quality high-temperature resistant stainless steel sleeve, light crystal heat-insulating fiber blanket, 95 porcelain wiring board and other components with integrated packaging technology. It has the characteristics of fast temperature rise, small thermal inertia, accurate temperature control and long service life.
The fan part has unique design, low noise, high efficiency and energy saving. Different air pressure fans can be configured according to the actual use needs of users, flexible and practical. The air volume of fans can be adjusted according to the production needs.
Temperature control system: PID / SSR control accuracy is high, including a variety of safety protection circuit, stable and reliable. It can be connected with industrial computer to realize automatic programmed control. The temperature measurement of air outlet adopts imported K-type thermocouple to accurately detect the real-time air outlet temperature.

Features
It uses non-magnetic Ni Cr wire to electrify and heat the air as the hot air source, which is clean, sanitary and environmental friendly.
