Mitex MIC-A-Series Air Cooled Chiller

Mitex MIC-Series Air cooled chillers include compressor, condenser, thermostatic expansion valve, and evaporator four main components. The system adopts a single closed-loop design for refrigeration system. Refrigerant is alternatively changed from gaseous to liquid state to absorb or release heat thus a cooling effect is achieved.
Air-cooled chillers are suitable for places where space is limited or insufficient cooling water can be provided.

Working Principle of Air Cooled Chiller

When an air-cooled chiller starts, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the cooled object in the evaporator and vaporizes. The compressor continuously extracts the gas produced in the evaporator and compresses it into a high-temperature, high-pressure evapor. The refrigerant vapor is then fed into the condenser where it exchanges heat with air. After releasing heat, it condenses into a liquid. The liquid refrigerant is depressurized by an expansion valve and enters the evaporator, where it is vaporized again and absorbs heat from the object being cooled. This heat exchange process is repeated until the industrial water is cooled to the desired temperature.

Finned Type Condenser

Adopts high efficiency copper tube and aluminum finned condenser for effective heat dissipation. The fin structure increases the
heat exchange surface area between the condenser and the surrounding environment, and improves the heat dissipation efficiency.
The excellent thermal conductivity of the copper tube, combined with the efficient heat dissipation characteristics of the
aluminum fins, ensures high efficiency in the cooling process.

Shell and Tube Evaporator

The air-cooled chiller adopts shell and tube evaporator. In this system, the refrigerant evaporates in the heat exchange tube
while the water flows on the shell side. The heat exchange tube adopts efficient seamless copper tube. These tubes undergo a
slotting process to form internal threaded fins, thereby increasing the surface area for heat exchange with the refrigerant

Panasonic brand compressor

The scroll compressor uses a double bending design to ensure a tight seal between the scroll discs. This design allows for radial
and axial separation of the scroll discs, allowing debris or liquid to pass through without damaging the compressor. Long service life, strong reliability, excellent liquid resistance, resistance to impurities.

The pumps are known for their low noise operation, leak-free performance and maintenance-free characteristics. They ensure
