Products Description
Flameproof axial mining fan type is mainly used in coal mines containing hazardous gas or coal dust explosion underground for Forced Auxiliary ventilation, the product is also suitable for metal mining, chemical mines, tunnels and other use the fan factories and mines, the transmission medium temperature does not exceed 40 ℃, humidity less than 95 ± 3% (25 ℃) and non-corrosive.Suitable for highway, railway, and subway tunnel construction. According to the tunnel ventilation network parameters, the installation should be arranged in series along the top of the tunnel longitudinally or in a centralized and parallel manner at the air inlet section of the tunnel. When running, according to the visibility in the tunnel, start the corresponding number of fans, so as to achieve the purpose of ventilation. Therefore, a tunnel ventilation fan is a kind of ventilation method which is simple to maintain, and economical to install and operate.
Structure and Characteristics
1. The structure of this series of fans is mine flameproof axial flow type: the machine consists of seven parts: collector, impeller, motor, explosion-proof junction box, body, air outlet tube, and muffler (YBTX). Its structure is shown in Figure 1. The body and structural parts are all welded by steel plates; the motor and impeller are directly connected, and the transmission is reliable; the whole machine has a simple and tight structure, is strong and durable, safe to use and easy to maintain. 2. The motor is a YB series mining flameproof two-pole three-phase asynchronous motor with a voltage level of 3301660V. The motor base and the body are welded together. The air flow conveyed by the blades of the motor is direct. Then cool down.
3. The junction box of the motor is placed outside the body for easy wiring. There are six wiring terminals and one grounding terminal in the wind-type junction box. The user selects the wiring method according to the power supply voltage requirements: when the power supply voltage is 380V, the eight-connection method is used. When the power supply voltage is 660V, the Y connection method is adopted, and the wiring method is shown in Figure 2; when the fan leaves the factory, the motors are all wired according to eight.
4. The flange of the fan body is welded with grounding bolts for direct use on site. 5. On the flange flange of the muffler, evenly distributed small holes are drilled for connecting the reducing nipple or directly connecting the rubber air duct. When a variable-diameter nipple is used to connect the fan and the plastic air fan, the type of the 5-diameter nipple can be made into a convergent type or a divergent type.
