The new type of grain drying equipment adopts a vertical structure. The grain to be dried enters the drying host through the elevator, and after starting up, the circulation mechanism is activated. The grain is evenly distributed in the drying host for circulating motion and is heated by the hot air provided by the fan, so that the moisture of the grain is discharged for drying.The automatic temperature and humidity measurement devices designed inside the equipment can detect changes in internal temperature and humidity at any time and automatically complete the drying requirements.

Materials pass through multiple drying zones to achieve continuous, gentle, and uniform heat and moisture exchange. Featuring automated control, the residence time of materials within the tower can be freely adjusted. Through airflow regulation and product movement, the material achieves uniform and thorough drying. The dried material then passes through the discharge device into the finished product silo. Simultaneously, the fan directs the used air into the collector for purification. Most of the dry air is recycled through the inlet and outlet channels, resulting in minimal fuel consumption.
