The high-temperature superheated gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor enters the condenser coil, The spray water is pumped by a circulating water pump to the spray system at the top of the condenser coil, where it is evenly sprayed onto the coil surface to form a water film. The refrigerant gas inside the coil exchanges heat with the spray water and air outside the coil. An axial fan forces air through the condenser coil and spray water, causing the refrigerant inside the coil to gradually condense from a gaseous state into a liquid state, releasing heat. The spray water outside the coils absorbs heat and evaporates, with part of the spray water turning into water vapor to carry away heat. Water droplets in the rising hot air are intercepted and fall by the deflector plates. Water in the PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by the passing air, its temperature decreases, and it falls into the water pan. It is then pumped back to the spray water system and sprayed onto the coil surface, completing the cooling cycle.

Instruction for choosing a type

1)Make sure of the operating condition , condensing temperature and wet bulb temperature . 2) Figure out the total amount of heat rejection discharged by the system to the condenser . 3) Look up Graph 1 or Graph 2 to choose the heat rejection correction index . 4) The total amount of heat rejection multiplies the correction index equals the condensation load when operating . 5) Look up Graph 3 to choose a type . The heat rejection of the chosen type should no less than the corrected heat rejection .
Example: 1.Screw-type compressor cooling capacity: 1320 kW, 2.refrigerant R717, 3.condensing temperature35°C, 4.wet bulb temperature 26°C, 5.compressor shaft power 382 kW
Total heat dissipation = cooling capacity + shaft power (under compressor operating conditions) = 1320 kW + 382 kW = 1702 kW Determine the correction factor: According to the heat dissipation correction factor table R717, when the condensation temperature is 35°C and the wet bulb temperature is 26°C, the correction factor is 1.09 (the value at the intersection of the condensation temperature and wet bulb temperature is the heat dissipation correction factor). Calculate the corrected heat dissipation = Total heat dissipation × Correction factor
= 1702 × 1.09 = 1855.2 kW
Select a standard device with a heat dissipation capacity of approximately or equal to 1855.2 kW, and choose the BSE-1860R with a heat dissipation capacity of 1860 kW.

Heat exchanger coils
The heat exchanger coils are formed by automatic bending of high-frequency welded tubes, with elliptical tubes arranged in an alternating pattern to enhance air turbulence and improve heat transfer efficiency. The coils are inclined along the refrigerant flow direction to facilitate oil drainage from the tubes and refrigerant liquid discharge, thereby reducing coil pressure drop. The heat exchanger coils undergo three 2.5 MPa pressure tests to ensure no leaks. The coil assemblies are acid-washed and then undergo overall hot-dip galvanization to enhance corrosion resistance.
Axial fan
Specialized axial flow fan with high-strength nylon impeller (or aluminum alloy impeller) for high flow rate and low noise. Streamlined inlet duct with removable protective grille on the outlet side. Entire unit undergoes hot-dip galvanization for excellent corrosion resistance. Direct-coupled motor drive with outdoor-specific motor for low noise and excellent waterproof performance.

Water pump
Specialized circulating water pump with high flow rate, low head, and high efficiency. The high-flow pump ensures a continuous water flow over the surface of the heat exchanger coils, thereby reducing the likelihood of scale buildup without the need to increase power. The pump body and motor are designed with a rear-pull mechanism, facilitating installation and maintenance. The pump shaft is made of stainless steel to reduce wear on the shaft seal and prevent leakage.
Reduce air recirculation
Significantly increase the height ratio of the equipment to effectively reduce the backflow of hot, humid air into its fresh air inlet. Improve the heat exchange efficiency of the equipment. At the same time, increase the height of the air inlet to allow the spray water to come into contact with the air for a longer period of time during its descent, resulting in more thorough heat exchange. This effectively lowers the water temperature in the tank, and the lower water temperature makes it easier for scale-forming substances to remain in the water rather than precipitating onto the coils.

Corrosion-resistant box body

The enclosure housing is made of hot-dip galvanized 55% aluminum-zinc sheet (AZ150) or hot-dip galvanized aluminum-magnesium sheet (ZM275). The enclosure joints feature a double-flange folded edge structure design, sealed with butyl synthetic sealant strips. This enhances strength and overall sealing performance. All cut edges of the panels are coated with epoxy zinc-rich paint containing 95% zinc to enhance the corrosion resistance of the panels.
