 Main details of using incubation equipment:
1. Read the instruction manual repeatedly before use;
2. Check if the fan is turned on and if water is added to the basin;
3. When stopping the egg flipping process, check if the flipping motor and

 programmable switch are functioning properly;
4. The heater and connector should be firm to prevent burns to the management personnel. When operating inside the box, the power plug must be unplugged. When using the stove for heating, a thermal insulation layer should be placed on top of the water tray. If the egg tray on the egg rack is not full, try not to place

the water tray; When the humidity probe is not in use, it is best to take it out of the

incubation room, keep it dry, prevent dew from hanging, and strictly prohibit drinking air from the mouth. The experimental probe can be held by hand, and the humidity display can be observed to increase using the palm of the hand;
Disinfect the incubation room and incubator. After cleaning the machine, disinfect it with potassium permanganate and formaldehyde fumigation, or disinfect it together with hatching eggs. Use a semi dry cloth to wipe the outside of the machine case and control cabinet. Clean the humidification basin for each batch and remove the fluff on the top of the machine; 8. For the preparation of hatching eggs, the selection of hatching eggs should be done first, including external observation, egg inspection, and autopsy. Secondly, it is necessary to preheat and disinfect the eggs before hatching.

Constant temperature incubation and variable temperature incubation:

(1) Constant temperature incubation:
Constant temperature incubation divides the entire incubation process into two stages, the hatching stage and the hatching stage. The previous stage applied a temperature of 37.8 degrees Celsius, and the subsequent stage applied a temperature of 37.2 degrees Celsius. This heating scheme requires the incubation plant to maintain an ambient temperature of 20-24 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 60-70%. Therefore, there are high requirements for the auxiliary equipment of the incubator, including constant temperature and humidity equipment, as well as the insulation and ventilation conditions of the house. (2) Variable temperature incubation:
Variable temperature incubation has different temperature requirements for embryos at different stages. The incubation stage is divided into multiple stages, usually 5-6 days per stage, followed by the hatching stage. Throughout the entire incubation process, the temperature is applied at each stage, starting with a high incubation temperature and gradually decreasing. For an incubator, variable temperature incubation adopts a scheme of whole batch incubation and whole batch hatching. Adopting a variable temperature incubation scheme, the determination of incubation temperature not only changes with the increase of incubation age, but also can increase or decrease with the change of environmental temperature. However, it should be noted that if the temperature of the hatching environment can be kept constant, it can achieve the best hatching effect. The variable temperature incubation scheme is adopted by most small and medium-sized incubation venues. The specific temperature application for the variable temperature incubation plan varies depending on the equipment and environmental conditions of each incubation site.

1)Can eggs bought in supermarkets be hatched? A: Hatching requires laying eggs.

Roosters and hens are raised together, and only the eggs laid by the hens can be used for hatching. Eggs bought from supermarkets are not suitable.
2)How to improve hatching rate?
The quality, temperature, humidity, and other factors of hatching eggs can have a significant impact on the hatching process. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly follow the machine operation process, select high-quality hatching eggs (fertilized eggs born 2-4 days ago), maintain the internal temperature and humidity of the machine within a reasonable range, and consult customer service in a timely manner if there are any problems to ensure stable hatching of hatching eggs.
3)How to add water to the machine?
In the early stage, pour water directly into the bottom and incubate the eggs. In the later stage, use a water kettle to fill the water hole at the bottom of the machine with water.
4)How often do you add water? How much to add?

The automatic model only requires adding water at the bottom of the machine, with 50-100 milliliters of water added each time. The humidity should be within the normal incubation range of 50-80, and water should be added once every 1-2 days; When it is cloudy or humid, the machine can add less water, and when it is hot or dry, it can add more water appropriately.
6)How many incubation modes are there for the product? How to switch? This product has a total of 5 modes, including four automatic temperature changing incubation modes for chickens, ducks, geese, and pigeons, and a custom temperature mode. Press and hold the mode button for five seconds, and the hatching poultry indicator light will turn on to switch modes.
7)What type of battery is needed to power the machine with a 12V power supply?
