Project introduction

This project is a -25℃ cryogenic freezer for ice cream storage. The cold storage project covers an area of about 4,000 ㎡, with a volume of about 46000m³ and a storage tonnage of more than 12,000 tons.

The original equipment of the customer was ammonia system,now it is changed to CO2 system.

In order to save customer costs, the unit retains the original ammonia unit, our company provides CO2 barrel pump skid, CO2 condensation evaporation skid, and system end cooler. Refrigeration system automatic operation, control box using Siemens PLC control, automatic control of automatic operation, and set smart meters and touch display screen, can realize the operation of the unit monitoring, energy consumption analysis of the system, can achieve unattended operation effect.
