Device Installation
① The machine should be installed in a stable, dry, ventilated environment with no or as little pollution as possible and free from rain;
② The product should be kept at least 0.6 meters away from surrounding objects to ensure ventilation and heat dissipation of the equipment and convenience for daily use overhaul;
③ The coils in the tank are staggered with the conductive plates to avoid damaging the coils and causing the entire machine to be scrapped;
④ The equipment shell should be grounded. The ground wire should be no less than 1/2 of the cross-section of the main power distribution line. The grounding should be good for safety;
⑤ Use a power cord with a suitable cross-section (recommended current density 2.8 A/mm2) to connect to the air of the device Switch, the specification of the user’s air switch shall not be smaller than the air switch on the equipment;
⑥ Install the control panel in a location that is convenient for operation;

Q: How to chill the liquid in my tank by your chiller?
A: There are two ways to use the chiller as you convenient
Direct chilling way: pump solution to chiller, then back to the tank
Indirect chilling way: chill the water in the chiller,then pump the clean water to a insulated box,and then send water to multiple tanks,in which equipped the cooling heater exchanger to chill the solution.
Usually the indirect way is the best way to chill highly corrosive liquids
