Q:How can we get a sample and the cost?
A:For some low value products like small valve, we can offer sample to you for free.For some high value products, you should pay sample cost according price. For all, according our financial system, the freight cost should be paid by customer.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:Usually our MOQ for manifold is 50pcs per size and for airvent and other valves is 1000pcs-3000pcs,but it depends,sometimes we have stock or if you have a big annual purchase quantity, we can adjust the MOQ for you.
Q:What is your payment term?
A:Usually our payment is T/T 30% as deposit , 70% against copy of B/L . However there are also many expections , then we will depend on the practical situation, negotiate with our customer and get the best way for both.
Q:Are you a factory or trade company?
A:We are a industrial and trade company, we have our own factory in Yuhuan,Zhejiang province. Mainly products are heating line products.Our international sales department is in Yuhuan,also we have branch in Milan.Besides, we also search other products for our customer if needed.With 12 years international market experience, we have strong experience in searching for our customer , to find the best quality and the lowest price products.
