General Description

The MPCF Series (Flange Type) are developed by further    optimizing the aerodynamics of the impeller and volutes    based on the old MPCF and MACF series . Viton gaskets  was used to seal all the gaps to prevent acid and alkali leakage.

Suitable for applications where the extraction of corrosive fumes and gases:

Sulphuric acid , Sulphurous acid , Nitric acid , Nitrous acid ,   Hydrofluoric Acid , Boris Acid , Hydrocyanic Acid , Ammonia , Soda , Ethanol , Potassium hydroxide , Methanol , Propane ,  Formol , Benzene , Formaldehyde .

Application

The MPCF series (Flange Type) of Plastic Centrifugal Fan provides good characteristics of low noise and high

efficiency, which often are applied in laboratory, fume hood , fume cupboard , chemical storehouse , electroplating

factory, medicine factory, mold factory, Electronic workshop and metallurgy for exhaust ventilation .

Volute

UV resistance level UV8 ,Flame retardant level HB, anti- static level 10-10. 

The volute is made of polyethylene (PE) ,   integrated molding , without welding points ; The default air outlet position  is 0°,  There are 8 angle positions , one every 45 degrees . All fan is with mounting bolts and nuts in 304 stainless steel.

Inlet/outlet are round with standard size: 160 , 200 , 250 , which are good for plastic duct connection .

Impeller

The forward/backward curved impeller is efficiently made of

fibreglass  reinforced polypropylene plastic  are dynamically  balanced.  

Motor

The Al shell motor is equipped with viton oil seal for better corrosion resistance .

For better motor lifespan , we choose NSK bearings . And

the motors are all equipped with copper wire windings , with   a protection level of IP55 , insulation Class F, and B5 Flange .

Explosion proof versions in accordance with CNEX

Directive for three-phase models is available. Motor is

outside the airstream. we can provide  Variable-frequency motors , driving by VDF.

Motor stand

Motor stand is made of Q234 steel in 3mm thickness , powder coated in gray by epoxy.
