A brazed plate heat exchanger (BPHE) comprises a stack of thin, corrugated stainless steel plates. A thin copper foil is
interposed between each pair of adjacent plates. The entire assembly is then subjected to a high-temperature vacuum brazing
process, during which the copper foil melts and metallurgically bonds the adjoining plates together. The molten copper
simultaneously forms a hermetic seal along the flow channels defined between the plates. To withstand elevated internal
pressures,thicker front and rear cover plates are typically brazed onto both ends of the plate pack.Our Factory offers the most
