Which one is more suitable for the shrimp farming and why? -The different between Roots blower with Ring blower: 1) Roots blower max. pressure up to 10000mmAq; Ring blower max. pressure to 7500mmAq. 2) Roots blower operation with motor by belt; Ring blower with motor direct driving. 3) Roots blower with big air flow; Ring blower max. air flow up to 22.4m3/min @ pressure 3650mmAq. 4) Roots blower need oil lubricating; Ring blower no lubrication is required. For shrimp farming, if the pond bottom is earth, it is not available to set pipe to fit the diffuser, we will suggest to use surface turbo jet aerator, it is easier to maintain than blowers and diffusers system. 3. Regarding the TN-169-A spray gun, can it work or do we necessarily need TB-50 or TB-200? –Our HVLP spray gun means high volume low pressure, as normally the air compressor is high pressure and not suit for the HVLP spray gun. If you have enough budget, it will be better to buy completed set to test. We have single stage and two stages spray gun description as below : TB-50 only suitable for single stage spray gun TB-200 can use either single stage or two stages spray gun. The different between TN-169-1 and TN-169-2 as below: Single stage TN-169-1: single stage, it is breeze type and can help the blower to release the pressure. The liquid flow out from the first trigger Double stage TN-169-2: double stage, it is non-breeze type. 4. How to change the needle nozzle set? step 1: screw off parts no. 1,2,22,21 as shown in the picture. step 2: push down the trigger to take out parts no. 20 easily. step 3: replace new needle nozzle set. step 4: put back part no. 21, 22.
5. I would like to know what is the " guide bar " that is on the catalogue? Does it come with the mixer? On the other hand I would like to ask you for your opinion about how to located it in the digester which dimensions are: Ø6.11*4.2 M to get a more homogenous mixing moreover want are the building materials? Becuase the digester environment is quite corrosive. -The guide bar is auto fitting (see attached photo ), you can decide if you need the auto fitting or not. -you can install one piece of 2 HP(Model nr. MR-15-4D). Like I said if the ph is 3-11 then you need to use KMR (like attached photo).
6. Does the BLOWTAC air compressor have the function of temperature protection? Can I shut down and stop running when it exceeds a certain temperature? -We have a thermal protection device embedded in the coil (motor) of the air compressor. When the air compressor is heated to 110 degrees, it will stop the protection motor. Till the cooling is completed before it will run again.
7. Does the orange color water be drained from the bottom valve of the TC-30T tank? Is this the normal condition? Does the water have color that is contaminated in the cylinder tank? -There is an anti-rust paint on the outside of the storage tank, but there is a little rust in the interior due to unpaintable inside. Therefore, there will be a little orange water be drained from the bottom of the tank. This is normal. Please remember to drain the water from the tank. When the humidity in the air is high, it is normal that the air is compressed to produce more water. -If you have some concerns about the discharge of orange water, consider replacing the storage tank with stainless steel material, but the price will be higher.
