The explosion-proof, forced-flow counter-rotating axial flow local ventilation fan (hereinafter referred to as the fan) is a versatile new type of local ventilation fan. It features a compact structure, low noise, high air pressure, high efficiency, stable operation in low-flow areas, and a wide range of high-efficiency applications. Depending on the length of the working face and the different ventilation requirements of the roadway, it can be used as a whole or in stages, thereby reducing energy consumption and saving energy. It is an ideal device for long-distance local ventilation in mine tunneling.
Features
1. The ventilator adopts a panel-type sound-absorbing structure, with the entire airflow channel made of flexible material, significantly reducing noise radiated from the high-speed airflow onto the outside of the unit. The noise level during operation is also relatively low.
2. The ventilator abandons the traditional method of connecting the motor to the fan housing with bolts, instead adopting an integrated electromechanical design. This avoids the previous problem of unstable motor connections, resulting in a compact fan structure and increased safety during operation.
3. Due to its integrated electromechanical structure, the ventilator eliminates the need for external heat sinks on the motor housing, directly cooling the motor with the fan's airflow. This solves the motor heat dissipation problem, extends the motor's lifespan, and also reduces fan noise and the diameter of the fan duct (increasing the effective cross-section of the tunnel).
