Semi-Hermetic Screw Compressor For Water Chiller 

(1). All the TAICH air cooled screw chillers adopt world famous brand semi-hermetic screw and semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors, such as HANBELL, BITZER, REFCOM and etc.
(2). Twin-screw 5:6 gear ratio and advanced linear design, low energy consumption and eco-friendly; good performance, low noise.
(3). According to the cooling capacity need, adopt single compressor or twin compressors circuits system; The compressors can automatically run alternately according to the load change, and balance the running hours of each compressor, which greatly prolongs the chillers working life, and the trouble-free running can reach more than 45,000 hours.

Heat Exchanger -Evaporator

(1). Adopt the internally and externally threaded reinforced tubes.
(2). The inside surface of the copper pipe is threaded, the outside surface of the copper pipe is smooth, so that can ensure the
good heat exchange efficient.
(3). The evaporator design running with the latest CAD design technology, CNC production and processing, compact structure ,
stable performance. And outside insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation, no condensation, less cooling loss.

Condenser

Copper tubes more thicker and processed into trapezoidal low-assistance tubes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper pipe is smooth, which reduces the water pressure and easy to clean and maintain.
Protection System: temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.
