The food quick-freezing is to put the pre-processed food into the low-temperature appliance, and through the zone of maximum ice crystal formation within 30 minutes, the core temperature falls below to -50℃.The diameter of generated ice-crystal is less than 100um; the core temperature of quick- frozen food must reach the food refrigeration technique under – 180℃. Generally speaking, the quick-frozen food can be sent to customers under the continuous low temperature condition under -180℃ after being packaged rapidly.
