Match the temperature band exactly: high temperature for chill, low temperature for freezing. A unit run outside its envelope is inefficient at best and short-lived at worst. Pick a compressor brand your local service network stocks — Copeland, Bitzer, Danfoss and Embraco are all well supported. On refrigerant, favour units that already run R448A, R449A or R290 over R404A-only machines, because the phase-down is already underway.
