Operation Steps

Please read the following instructions carefully before using this product.

( 1 ) As shown in the figure, connect the infrared brooder and the LPG/NG cylinder to ensure that there is no gas leakage at each interface.

(2) Open the valve of the liquefied gas cylinder, supply air to the infrared brooder, at the same time, ignite the gas with a light gun (as shown in the picture).

(3) The combustion surface of the infrared brooder is orange-red, and the surface has no flame for the best working condition.

Matters Need Attention:
(1) Each F208 Infrared Brooder Warms 200-400 Chicks
(2) Gas consumption per product (approximate): LPG:0.073kg/hNG:0.20m3/h .It's normal phenomenon there is blue flame at
beginning, after several minutes will disappear.
(3) If the blue flame has been on the ceramic plate, please increase
the flow of gas appropriately.
(4) If there is a big red flame, the reason maybe is
a. The pressure is too high.

Please adjust the pressure reducing valve to required pressure.

b. Oxygen lack. Pls keep indoor air circulation when brooder working. c. Ceramic plate is broken; Pls change the broken ceramic plate.
d. Gas purity difference. Each country gas purity is different, maybe will cause big fire, please match suitable nozzle.
(5) If it doesn't heat equal, pls check whether the feather block at filter net.
(6) This product is flameless, only see the red heating surface no flame in normal working.
(7) Pls check up and clean the complete system parts termly.
