The YDB ultra-low nitrogen premixed condensing hot water boiler unit is a low-nitrogen premixed gas integrated hot water boiler jointly developed by Henan Yuanda Boiler Corporation Ltd. and the School of Energy and Power of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
The expert team of Xi'an Jiaotong University conducted a large number of calculations, simulations and emulations through computers, and then conducted repeated tests through the gas combustion test platform of Yuanda Boiler. They created a unique "comb-type" burner structure, highly coupled the burner and the boiler, and then made comprehensive use of air cooling and water cooling technology to make the unit's nitrogen oxide emissions less than 30mg under all working conditions.
The ultra-low nitrogen premixed condensing hot water unit has multiple functions such as heating hot water and sanitary hot water, and can provide multiple hot water according to user requirements. The boiler combustion chamber structure adopts a full-membrane wall natural circulation water tube single-return structure. The unique water tube single-return structure has a more compact water tube arrangement and a high flue gas heat transfer coefficient. The normal operating water volume of the boiler is only one-third of that of the fire tube boiler, and the boiler heats up faster. The boiler adopts post-premixed combustion technology, and a combination of air cooling and water cooling to reduce the flame temperature and achieve ultra-low nitrogen emissions.
