The range of Ex d flameproof flow heaters are are used for heating liquids and gases, providing a clean and efficient heating method for bulk liquid flow applications. The Ex d flameproof flow heaters range is certified for use in hazardous areas where the atmosphere is classified as a Zone 1 or 2 (IIA, IIB, IIC) gas group, or a Zone 21 or 22 (IIIA, IIIB, IIIC) dust group.
All our heaters are designed and manufactured according to customer's requirements and operating conditions. The material for the electrical connection box is carbon steel painted or stainless steel. Heating elements material is stainless steel. The specific surface load is a measure for the heat transfer onto the heated medium. It must be chosen according to the medium,flow, pressure and mounting conditions as well as the medium temperature and admissible surface temperatures. With a specific surface load wich is optimized for the process, a high thermal efficiency will be reached.
