Automatic 20-110 ton Industrial Oil Gas Fired Steam Boiler for Dyeing/Rubber Factory

SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler expand horizontally sideways. Around the furnace is membrane water cooling tube wall. Furnace and tube bank are totally separated by the membrane water tube cooling wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.

SZS Boiler Manufacturing Process Features:

1. Manholes&Check door:

The manholes are arranged at the two ends of upper and lower drums, and check door is set a rear part of boiler. These openings make users easy for entering inside doing maintenance and cleaning work; prevent vaporization;

2. Safety devices:

There are explosion door and flame sensor in the boiler arrangement and so operation is safe and reliable;

3. Combustion chamber:

Due to combustion chamber applying whole membrane water cooling structure, and adopted micro-positive pressure combustion, there is no smoke leakage, and there is no pollution in operation environment;

4. Boiler circulation:

The boiler water circulation adopts enforced circulation to secure each heat absorbing part can get efficient cooling and prevent vaporization;

5. Furnace insulation:

Adopt high-class aluminium silicate fiber. Use refractory mortar to keep the furnace temperature under 45℃ and control heat loss efficiently;

6. Membrane type structure:

(1)Whole membrane wall structure D-type arrangement;

(2)Convention tubes of upper and lower drum form the convention heating surface and ensure the whole boiler expand towards the two ends;

(3)The combustion chamber adopts narrow pitch membrane wall which has good gas tightness and reduce heat loss and improve boiler heat efficiency;

(4)The rear part of convention tubes is rare shifted structure which highly improve the working life of front and rear wall up to more than 20 years;

(5)The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate to avoid to reveal of condensate water and fuel gas caused by sealing with refractory concrete.

The seller guarantee quality of the machines for a period of 12 months from the date of trial run finish, but not to exceed 18 months from date on which the goods leave factory. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, the seller should replace free-of-cost.

5.Terms of payment
T/T 30% of total contract value as down payment;
T/T or L/C 70% of total contract value before delivery.

6.Claim
Any claims by the buyers regarding the machines shipped should be filed within 30 days after arrival of machines at the
destination specified in the relative B/L and supported by a survey report issued by a surveyor approved by the sellers, otherwise the sellers shall refuse to consider. Claims in respect of matters within responsibility of insurance company and/or shipping company will not be considered by the seller.

A:Normally the boiler is designed for 20 years life span, but with right operation and good maintenance,the boiler can be used for 20-25 years.
