The operation of the screw chiller water cooling system can be understood through two primary circulation loops: the chilled water loop and the cooling water loop.
2.Internal Circulation Pump (04): This pump draws water from the Water Tank (03) and circulates it through the Shell and Tube Evaporator (05), which is an integral part of the Chiller Unit (06).
3.Chiller Unit (06) & Shell and Tube Evaporator (05): Within the evaporator, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the circulating water, effectively chilling it to the desired temperature. The chilled water then exits the evaporator.
4.Water Outlet (02): The cooled water is then directed back to the industrial process or application through the Water Outlet (02), where it absorbs heat from the equipment.
5.The warmed water returns to the Water Tank (03) via the Water Inlet (08), completing the internal circulation cycle.
