Product Details

Through model testing, the axial flow fan has determined the fan airfoil and adopted a cylindrical hub structure. The electric motor has been redesigned to reduce flow losses, resulting in an increase in fan efficiency to 77% based on the outlet circular area and 89.5% based on the outlet ring area. This has reduced the A-level by 3.6dB. Axial flow fans are divided into 13 machine numbers according to the impeller diameter, arranged in sequence as No2.8, 3.15, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2. Each machine number is divided into 5 blade installation angles, including 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 °, and 35 °. The axial flow fan adopts a direct connection structure between the impeller and the electric motor for each unit number. Under the condition that the circumferential speed of the impeller does not exceed 60m/s, three speeds are used: 2900, 1450, and 960r/min, with the intake direction on one side of the impeller. The anti-corrosion fan is made of fiberglass material, and the metal parts are coated with anti-corrosion layer, which can effectively prevent various parts of the fan from being corroded. BFT35 and DZ-BF axial flow fans are also derivative products of T35 axial flow fans, which are specialized fans for explosion-proof applications. Equipped with explosion-proof motors, key components are covered with anti-static surfaces or made of non-ferrous metals, which can effectively prevent frictional static electricity and electrical spark leakage from electrical components. Note: The motor used is three-phase.
