Introduction.

FBCD series are explosion-proof extractable counter-rotating axial local ventilation fans for mining, which are energy-saving local ventilation fans developed to meet the demand of extracting and discharging gas(concentration not more than 3%) and dirty air in explosive environments such as coal mines and other mines containing gas. Its structure type is explosion-proof type, counter-rotating type, with silencing device, extracting type local fan ventilator for mining. It has the features of compact structure, low noise, high air pressure, large flow rate, high efficiency, etc. There are two operation modes: counter-rotating and stand-alone, which can be selected according to different ventilation requirements to suit different ventilation distance scenarios.

Usage.

Underground ventilation in coal mine: It is suitable for the environment containing explosive substances (gas and coal dust) under the coal mine, installed in the return-airway, matching with the negative-pressure wind pipe for the extraction ventilation, which can extract the local gas accumulation under the well, provide safe and clean air for the mining face, etc., and it can also be used in conjunction with the dust removing equipment to eliminate the dust on the working face, so as to improve the working environment under the well.
Metal Mine Ventilation: It can be used in metal mines and other underground large and small cross-section roadway tunneling extraction ventilation, effectively reduce the concentration of harmful gases underground, to protect the safety of operators, and improve operational efficiency.
Other scenarios: some models can also be used for tunnel and other underground engineering construction ventilation when meeting the relevant conditions, discharging exhaust gases and dust generated during the construction process, creating a good working environment for construction workers.

Structure.

Wind collector: composed of deflector fan and protective net, the main function is to reduce the local resistance loss of airflow, prevent debris from entering the casing and damaging the impeller, and to create good air intake conditions for the Ⅰ mainframe.

Host: including the Ⅰ host and Ⅱ host. Level Ⅰ main engine consists of level Ⅰ casing, level Ⅰ impeller and level Ⅰ motor and other major components, level Ⅰ casing is the main body of the load, to ensure the normal operation of the impeller and the motor,and at the same time also play the role of the muffler; level Ⅱ main engine consists of level Ⅱ casing, level Ⅱ impeller and level Ⅱ motor and other major components.

Impeller: it adopts the wing-type circular arc plate twisted blade, and the aerodynamic performance is designed according to the ternary flow theory, which has high aerodynamic efficiency, wide high-efficiency area, and remarkable energy-saving effect. The impeller blades and protection ring are made of H62 brass and Q235 carbon steel, which have passed the spark friction test,anti-static, no friction spark, and can be operated safely in the environment containing explosive gases.

Diffuser: It consists of diffuser cylinder and deflector cover, and its main function is to reduce the loss of local resistance at the outlet of the airflow and improve the effective work capacity of the ventilator, through which the airflow is discharged out of the ventilator in the axial direction, and it also serves as a muffler at the same time.

Motor: YBF series or YBF2 series mining flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor, voltage level 380V/660V, 660V/1140V, etc. It is sealed in the inner duct and isolated from the spent air in the duct. Some of the fans are equipped with non-stop oil drainage devices to ensure long-term reliable operation of the motor in harsh environments.
Anechoic device: adopting external compound anechoic device, such as lining the inner cylinder with anechoic material, to
effectively reduce the operating noise.

Flow-isolating cavity: Adopting the explosion-proof technology of flow-isolating cavity, which has pressure-resistant performance to isolate the motor from gas-containing gases, and at the same time connecting to the atmosphere through the heat dissipation pipe to play the role of heat dissipation and conduction of the motor.

Advantage.

Superior performance: adopting counter-rotating structure, two-stage impeller rotates relative to each other, and the second-stage impeller has the function of static guide vane, which can straighten out the airflow,reduce the vortex and noise, and it operates stably and efficiently under the condition of high wind pressure and large flow rate,and the ventilation efficiency is high.

Significant energy saving: according to different ventilation distances, you can choose counter-rotating or single machine
operation mode. Counter-rotating use can increase the ventilation distance, and stand-alone use reduces energy consumption andsaves energy when the air volume remains the same.

Safe and reliable: with multiple explosion-proof designs, such as explosion-proof flow chamber and anti-static material for
impeller, it has passed the relevant explosion-proof certification and safety marking, and can operate safely in the flammable and explosive mine environment. The motor adopts explosion-proof type, and has heat dissipation and protection measures to ensure stable operation under adverse conditions.

Low noise and environmental protection: it adopts external compound muffler device with ultra-low noise characteristics, which can effectively improve the noise environment in the underground.

Reasonable structure: compact structure, easy to transport and install in engineering construction, can be installed on the ground in the roadway, can also be used for hanging, to adapt to different underground installation conditions.

Strong adaptability: the main body adopts steel plate group welding structure, and the blades and the inner part of the casing adopt anticorrosion and moisture-proof treatment, so that it can run for a long time in the humid underground environment. It can convey media containing methane and explosive gases, and the dust content of the passing gas shall not exceed 200mg/m³, with a wide range of application.
