Polypropylene Plastic Centrifugal Fan
Polypropylene plastic centrifugal fan, which has high strength, light weight, good corrosion resistance, not easy to age, low noise, etc., is a more ideal new anti-corrosion fan, this series of fans are suitable for chemical, textile, electroplating, laboratory and other places to exhaust corrosive gases containing a certain concentration of acid, alkali, salt, etc., can also be used as a general factory building ventilation for air exchange. It is not allowed to be used to exclude corrosive gases containing aromatic compounds, halogen derivatives of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, etc. The use temperature of the wind body is 0°C to 40°C, and avoid sunlight, and there must be no heat source near the site.
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing and motor. The support is made of profiles. (i) Impeller section: made of blades and hubs, all made of polypropylene plastic. (ii) Casing section: consisting of casing and support, all made of polypropylene plastic. (iii) Motor section: the horizontal motor of the centrifugal fan is made of anti-corrosion, and the surface of the body is painted with anti-corrosion paint.
