1. Heat and moisture resistance, durable
The cage is made of galvanized steel plate with no welding joint, as a whole, and the surface is covered by spraying plastics , heat-resistant and moisture-resistant, with long lifespan.
2. Low noise and stable operation
The impeller is made of a forward multi-blade arc-shaped blade and a front plate and a middle plate. The material is made of galvanized sheet. In order to ensure the accuracy of the impeller, all parts of the impeller are stamped and formed by a mold. After static and dynamic balance correction, the impeller has less vibration, low noise and stable operation during operation.
3. Motor
The externally-rotating low-noise three-phase asynchronous motor is used in the fans, the impeller and the motor are integrally connected by bolts, thereby reducing transmission loss and improving the overall efficiency of the fan.
