PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

Air-cooled screw chiller-compressor features: ◆ The compressor adopts international brands (Germany Bitzer, Taiwan Hanbell, etc.), and the new screw rotor compressor is 20%-30% more efficient than the general compressor, and has obtained the ISO, CE, UL certificate. ◆ Capacity control can be four-stage (100%-75%-50%-25%) or three-stage (100-66%-33%) and stepless control system. ◆ It adopts a special groove design of silicon steel sheet, and is equipped with an internal and external omnidirectional design cooling flow, so that the compressor motor can exert high capacity under any load. ◆One or two compressors applied to one chiller according to the cooling capacity or customer's request, every one with its own independent circuit, even one down, another can work, also both can be auto selected based on the process load. ◆A variety of refrigerants are available, in addition to R22 refrigerant, you can also choose R134a, R407c and other environmentally friendly refrigerants. ◆ Compressor capacity ratio (VI=2.2/2.6/3.0/3.5) is optional, which can effectively avoid additional energy consumption caused by over-compressor or insufficient compressor.
